Are there
countries to which you do not deliver? |

deliver to all the countries except India. We are
exporters and operate from India. Hence, we do not
ship our products within India. We may also remove
a country from our list, if we face custom problems
in shipping to a particular country. |

No but we support it by our 100% money back guarantee. In case of duty tax, your order will be held at local post office. These charges are very nominal. should I do if I have to pay duty tax to receive
the goods? |

very rare cases the customs of your country may
ask for duty. It will be not more than couple of
bucks. You can pay it and get your parcel or you
can reject the parcel. Please check our return policy. |

I have to pay mailing expenses if I reject the parcel? |

If you reject the parcel, it will be returned back
to us. On receipt of the parcel, we will return

need to be present at the time of delivery of parcel? |

Parcels
sent using all modes of shipping will be delivered
to the consignee
only. If you are not at the delivery address at
the time
of delivery, you may have to collect the parcel
from your local post office. Generally post offices
give 2-3 tries before giving up on it. |
