Case I: Custom duty is charged |
| In very rare cases, your country's
custom department may ask for some duty charges. The duty
charged is only few bucks. You may opt to either pay the duty and collect the parcel or reject
it and ask for a 100% refund on the amount charged to
your credit card. Yes, we refund your amount completely.
By completely we mean, we refund the shipping charges
also. |

| But how long does it take for the refund?
|
| On receipt of the parcel, we will
refund your money back to you within 2 business days. |

| Do I need to ship the carton back? |
| You just need to reject parcel and
the postal department should return back such parcels. |

Case II: Parcel is not in good condition |
| We try our best to package products
tough and tight. Still there are chances that carton gets
damaged during transit. You may like to ask for reimbursement
for the cartons seriously damaged. This will require the
product shipped back to us. Please note that we do not
reimburse money if the carton is very negligibly damaged.
We also do not reimburse if the damage is reported more
than 3 days after receipt of parcel. We will return your
100% money back including cost of shipping. |

| But how long does it take for the refund?

| On receipt of the parcel, we will
refund your money back to you within 2 business days. |

| Do I need to ship the carton back? |
| Yes. You will have to ship the carton
back to us for reimbursement or reshipment. |

Case III: Parcel is lost |
| We send your parcels using "Registered
Air Mail". In the event of a lost parcel, you need
to send a written complaint (E-mail) at support@DesiStores.Net.
The recommended format is mentioned at the end of this
page. The parcel will be investigated and refund will
be issued for no later than 3-4 weeks. It won't be possible
us to refund the money immediately as the post office
takes some time to investigate. We will return your 100%
money back including cost of shipping in you did not provide
us the wrong shipping address. Please note that
refunds will be issued for lost parcel for a wrong shipping
address given by you. |

| But how long does it take for the refund?
|
| It takes 3-4 weeks for the post
office to investigate the missing parcel and give us a
trace of the parcel. We can issue the refunds only after
3-4 weeks or as soon as we get the parcel trace from the
post office. |

Case IV: Incorrect shipping address |
| If you provide a wrong shipping address
and the parcel is returned back to us then we will refund
your money for the product cost but we will
refund the shipping charges and the transaction fee for
payment gateway (generally 5%). If the parcel is lost
due to an incorrect address provided by you, then we will
issue any refunds for
the lost parcel. If the mistake is ours, we will reship
the carton or refund your money back, as opted by you.

| But how long does it take for the refund?

| If the parcel is returned back to
us for a wrong shipping address provided by you then we
will issue the refunds within 2 business days. If parcel
is lost due to invalid shipping address, it will take
3-4 weeks for issuing the refunds, if any. Please refer
to details of Case III for details on lost parcels. |

Case V: Wrong product shipped. |
| If you order a wrong product by mistake,
then you need to ship us back the product. We will issue
the refunds for the product but not for the shipping charges
and the transaction fee for payment gateway (generally
5%). We will not be able to reship you the product as
it will cost us another round of shipping charges. If
we ship the wrong product, then you will have to ship
back the parcel to us using regular parcel post. We will
reship you the product you ordered and refund money for
your shipping charges as well. |

| But how long does it take for the refund
or reship? |
| On receipt of the parcel, we will
refund your money back to you within 2 business days or
we will reship you your product as soon as we receive
the parcel back from you. |

| Do I need to ship the carton back? |
| Yes. You will have to ship the carton
back to us for reimbursement or reshipment but we will
refund you the charges to bear for shipping us the carton
back if its our mistake. |

Case VI: Parcel returns back due to your unavailability. |
| In case of registered mail, the parcel
needs a return signature from the customer. If you are
not available at the time of delivery, you may need to
collect the parcel from your local post office. The post
office gives 2-3 tries before giving up. If your country's
post office returns the parcel back to us, you will have options to either ask for reship or refund. If opted for reship, We will send you a invoice for shipping charges and Credit Card transaction fee, once you pay for it online we will reship your order. If opted for refund, We will refund
your money for the product but we will
refund the shipping charges and the transaction fee for
payment gateway (generally 5%). If the parcel is lost
due to unavailability, we will
be issuing any refunds. |

Case
VII: Contents of the parcel are partially stolen/missing. |
| There have been reported case of
stolen product from the parcel. Such cases are difficult
to resolve and we need to show the parcel is 'as received'
state to the post office. We will require the parcel
shipped back to us as it is to issue 100% refund back. |

| But how long does it take for the refund?
|
| On receipt of the parcel, we will
refund your money back to you within 2 business days. |

Hi,

has been over 3 weeks now, since I placed my order with
